Damaged
Your handrail is a natural product and it will vary slightly in colour and appearance.
Should you notice any damage, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
Fitting
The handrail(s) to your stairs and landing are securely fixed. Newel posts may have been fitted to provide a safe handhold at any turning points on your stairs.
Over time handrails and newel posts may loosen slightly; this should not affect the safety of the stairs and we can attend to secure them during your warranty.
