Damaged

The spindles on your staircase are finished and painted by hand. Because of this there may sometimes be small deviations in the paintwork.

Should you notice any damage, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

Fitting

Guarding along the stairs, i.e. your spindles and a handrail, should be provided and securely fixed along the full length of the stairs including any landing areas.

Individual spindles may loosen slightly over time. This should not affect its stability and we can attend to secure them.
