After revealing The Amberley as your most viewed three bedroom home, we’ve returned to find out who takes the top spot when it comes to our larger 4 bedroom homes.

5. The Harrogate

Outside, The Harrogate shows our Arts and Crafts approach at its very best, with a splayed hipped roof, tiled portico entrance and delightful brickwork detail.

Inside, the ground floor has been updated to provide a stunning wraparound open plan kitchen, dining and living area perfect for growing families and entertainers. Upstairs is just as impressive, not only that but the master bedroom houses both a bath and a double shower. Don't forget about the separate dressing area too!

4. The Balmoral

In fourth is the stunningly impressive Balmoral. It’s so rich in architectural detail, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, that it looks like it’s been here for decades. That is the beauty of the Heritage Collection and The Balmoral; combining traditional exteriors with the very best of modern interiors.

With a separate formal lounge and family room, plus the vibrant open plan of the kitchen / dining room, this is a home that adapts to all occasions. With four double bedrooms, including two en-suites, everyone can share the same high standards when the day is done.

3. The Canterbury

A favourite of many, externally The Canterbury has all the features you expect from the Heritage Collection. To the front, traditional bay windows, clad in tiles, sit below a delightfully detailed overhanging gable end, topped with a decorative finial to finish the look perfectly. To the rear, twin double width French windows add a classic touch, taking you out into the garden and letting the light flood in.

Inside you’ll find all the family friendly space you’d expect, with an open plan kitchen / dining room and a large lounge, but also a few extras too, to enhance your lifestyle, including a separate study, utility room and downstairs cloaks. While upstairs is designed for the best of flexible family living, with two double bedrooms, including one en-suite, and two singles, which have a myriad of different uses.

2. The Cambridge

It will come as a shock to many that The Cambridge isn't your most viewed four bedroom home. Outside, the Arts and Crafts inspiration is everywhere, from the two-tone brick detail to the finial-finished roofline, from the pillared portico entrance to the broad eaves that give the home an impressive sense of proportion.

When you enter you find a generous open plan living area at the heart of your home, and a separate lounge for those quieter moments. Upstairs the quality continues, with an en-suite to the master bedroom, two further doubles and a single, offering a flexible layout that you can use how you choose.

1. The Henley

It’s easy to see why The Henley is your most viewed four bedroom home.

One of the most popular features of our Heritage Collection homes is the vibrant open plan design that brings the whole family together - and the Henley demonstrates this inspiring idea at its very best. Stretching the full width of your home, this stunning family space will bring a new dynamic to your day.

Upstairs, all four of the bedrooms are doubles, with two of them en-suite, giving you all the space you need for a larger family or a flexible range of rooms.
