Buying a new Redrow home online is easier than ever before. We’ve created a wealth of resources to make your digital home buying journey both convenient and personal. Read on to find out about our latest innovation – the Redrow app – and how we’re using technology to make moving home simple.

A better way to live is just a few taps away

Download the Redrow app today on the App Store or Google Play, the quickest and easiest way to find your new home. It’s packed full of useful content with everything you need to know about moving. From details about Stamp Duty to explanations about energy performance certificate (EPC) ratings, it’s all available via the help centre in the Redrow app. Informative and functional, features of our new app include:

  1. Safe and secure – create an account within the app or login with your My Redrow account
  2. Simple searching – forget endless scrolling to find your dream home. Instead, you can use the personalised search function to find your perfect home. You can even save your search and select your favourite developments and homes so that you don’t have to start from scratch every time you access the app.
  3. Explore homes from every angle – with detailed floor plans, photo galleries and 3D virtual 3600 tours you can explore every inch of our homes right from your phone.
  4. Appointments synched to your calendar – modern life is busy enough without having to remember what time or day you’ve arranged to meet with our sales or site teams to discuss moving to a new home. Download the Redrow app and when you use it to book an appointment with us, you can choose to add it to the calendar on your phone.
  5. Directions to your chosen development – we understand that sometimes it can be tricky to find a new housing development, even if you use an established postcode in your sat nav. Physically finding your new home is easy with our app as it seamlessly integrates with Google maps to give you directions to the development. Plus, once you’re close by, you’ll see signage directing you and the Redrow flags as you approach.

My Redrow

Alongside the app, My Redrow is our exclusive members’ only platform via our website, and brings convenience to your home buying journey. You’ll need to create an account to access My Redrow. Using your My Redrow login you can make use of helpful functions including:

  1. Search and favourite developments and individual Redrow house types. Your favourites will be stored in your account so you can check back at your leisure to see what homes are available on your favourite developments.
  2. Book appointments with the sales team on your chosen development to discuss your housing needs and to help you choose your new Redrow home.
  3. Reserve your home online, including paying the reservation fee. Reservations for more than 99% of our developments are now completed online.
  4. All customers now use the My Redrow platform after reservation to complete legal steps and all of your legal documents relating to the purchase of your new home are stored via My Redrow. This means you won’t have to worry about filing away paper copies and keeping them safe as digital copies will be stored via My Redrow.
  5. Track the build progress of your new home as it takes shape with regular updates from the site team at key stages such as when the roof has been fitted or when we’ve installed the electrics.
  6. Personalise your home’s interior with our outstanding choice of options and added extras. You can easily see the options available for each house type room by room. We’ve broken it down so it’s clear what’s included as standard and the optional upgrades on offer to enhance your new home. You can complete this with in-person support available from our sales colleagues if needed. 

Homeowner support portal

The latest addition to My Redrow is our Homeowner Support portal. A ‘one stop shop’ for our homeowners, it’s streamlined our aftersales care for the benefit of Redrow customers. Features include:

  1. Self-help advice with a combination of informative video and written content, meaning you can access help in your own time, and more importantly when you need it most including outside of office hours. An average of c500 videos and articles are accessed every week. In many cases, our homeowners who use the self-help area of My Redrow don’t require ay follow up support from our customer care team or a technician visit.
  2. Access to all information relating to what is covered by your new home warranty online.
  3. On the rare occasions you may find an issue with your home, it provides a straightforward way to report it , so you’re safe in the knowledge it will reach the right person to help straight away.
  4. Live updates on progress of any issues reported, so you can see what steps we are taking to resolve them.

High tech inside your new home

Once you’ve moved in, there’s no shortage of technology options to help streamline life in your new home.

  1. Stay well connected – all Redrow homes come with FTTP (fibre to the premises) broadband as standard. This means you should be able to enjoy a highspeed broadband connection for streaming home entertainment, working from home and keeping in touch with friends and family.
  2. Take advantage of our Sky partnership – to help guarantee the best broadband speed at a great value price we’ve teamed up with Sky to offer an exclusive package to our homeowners covering phone, TV and broadband.
  3. Utilise high tech extras – when you’re personalising your new Redrow home at the choices stage, this includes a range of hight tech options. You can add WiFi extenders to boost the signal, install extra TV points, choose sockets with USB points and add additional media plates.
