Our East Midlands division is hosting four free advice events across the region throughout September where visitors can find out more about our Help to Sell Scheme.
Designed to remove the stress from selling a house, the developer will take care of the entire process, including valuations, the appointment of an estate agent, contributing towards fees, and paperwork – allowing future buyers to simply focus on the packing.
We’re also hosting free first-time buyer events too. Anyone looking to take their first step on the property ladder can book an appointment to find out more about the help and support available. On the day, a financial advisor will be on hand providing tailored advice, and visitors can also find out more about homes available.

- 10am-5.30pm on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September at Hackwood Grange, in Mickleover
