Our East Midlands division, which is currently building new homes at Saxon Meadows on Angell Drive, has presented Jubilee Foodbank with a donation of £250 as part of our commitment to creating thriving communities.
The funds will be used to support the charity in providing food parcels to those who need extra help in and around Market Harborough. With a team of volunteers working to collect supplies from supermarkets and donation points in the area, Jubilee Foodbank provides much needed support for local people.
Liz Mills, Chairperson at Jubilee Food Bank said: “We’re incredibly grateful for Redrow’s donation, which will greatly benefit people who need food in and around Market Harborough.
“We rely on the kindness and generosity of local people and businesses to support us, and donations like these make a real difference to individuals and their families when they need us the most.”
Ryan O’Sullivan, Head of Sales in the East Midlands, added: “We are delighted to be supporting Jubilee Foodbank, which provides a vital service to those in need in Market Harborough.
“I’d like to thank all of the volunteers for everything that they do. This year has been especially tough for many people, and we hope that by supporting such a vital community service we can make things a little bit easier for those who may be struggling in the lead up to Christmas.”
