The East Midlands division has promoted Phillippa Nadin, from Derby, into the role of Area Sales Manager. She brings more than 14 years’ experience to the position, as well as a number of accolades, including ‘Sales Executive of the Year’ and several Hallmark Awards.
Phillippa’s key responsibilities will include leading and overseeing developments in the region, maintaining excellent levels of customer service and coaching the team to further drive sales.
Phillippa said: “I love working in the property industry, and am delighted to be progressing in my career with Redrow. My new role as Area Sales Manager will give me the opportunity to put my skill set to good use at a more senior level.
“I’m proud to have won industry awards, but it gives me greater satisfaction to be part of a successful and happy team. The division is constantly expanding, and it’s wonderful to see the results of our hard work in the form of many happy customers across the region.”
