We’re extending the plans for new homes in Lancashire after receiving planning consent for a new site in Burscough.
The new phase will form an extension to the already popular development The Grange at Yew Tree Park, located on Liverpool Road South.
The 12.5-acre parcel of land will include 169 new homes, 59 of which will be affordable housing.
Featuring homes from our prestigious Heritage Collection, which blends traditional Arts & Crafts inspired exteriors with contemporary, high specification interiors, the approved plans include a mix of one to five-bedroom designs.
“We are pleased to be extending our plans at Yew Tree Park having received planning consent in April,” said Karl Longworth, land director for Lancashire.
“The Grange is one of our most popular developments, so we know these new properties will be a welcome addition.”
As with the majority of our developments, open green space, new wildlife habitats, local walks and scenic views are at the forefront of plans for this development.
“Our nature for people strategy ensures we provide wildlife rich areas within our developments for residents to spend time in,” added Karl.
“We have listened to our customers, who said that being close to green space was a big priority and this new development will provide that and so much more.”
As part of the planning agreement, we will be making contributions to community infrastructure of more than £2 million.
Work on the new development is due to begin in summer this year with plans for homes to go on the market in spring / summer 2023.
Yew Tree Park is within easy reach of Preston, Liverpool, Southport and Manchester by train, and lies south of the main A59 Liverpool to Preston Road giving superb commuter access.
Locally there is a wide choice of leisure and shopping facilities.
Four-bedroom homes are currently available at The Grange at Yew Tree Park, priced from £392,995.
