Sales consultants Carol Sokol and Lesley Langton have become firm friends outside the office as well as inside it, and such is their successful partnership they’ve become known as the ‘dream team’.
The pair were working together at The Brook at Taylor’s Chase, Warrington – which won Development of the Year – and, after that sold out, moved to Tabley Green in Fulwood, near Preston.
And they’ve continued their winning ways, securing 11 reservations within three months of arriving there. “It’s an excellent start, and we’re delighted,” says Lesley.
Lesley and Carol have cited great homes and a fantastic location as reasons behind a successful start, although much is also down to the hardworking and trustworthy sales duo who customers have constantly praised.
Carol, 60, a mother-of-one, from Warrington, trained as a legal secretary before joining us 27 years ago and since then she has worked on numerous developments across the Lancashire region.
Lesley, 55, has worked here for five years after 31 years as a sales co-ordinator.
With Lesley’s calm persona and Carol’s tenacious nature, the two say they balance each other perfectly, and there are similarities which ensure they complement each other too. “We have the same work ethic,” says Carol, “and we both give everything that we’ve got to the job.”
