With the countdown to Halloween on, developments across the Midlands and East Midlands are inviting local house hunters to visit selected developments to get their hands on a whole host of spook-tacular freebies.
A limited number of pumpkins are available at developments across the regions, so visitors will need to be ‘ahead of the carve’ and book an appointment with the sales teams to get their hands on one*.
Midlands developments will also have carving kits available to collect, while Newton Garden Village will also be serving free pumpkin spice lattes* on Saturday 26th October, 2023, between 2pm-5pm.
During the spooktacular weekend, the sales team will also be on hand to provide tailored advice, and visitors can also find out more about the homes available.
