The £10,000 fund has been launched to mark a new phase that’s due to open towards the end of year at our Ledsham Garden Village.
The development will eventually be a community of 2,000 homes off Ledsham Road. Alongside the new properties, it will also be home to a new shop, community building, allotments, meadow parkland, and an orchard.
Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW, said: “We’re calling out to groups whose work benefits the West Cheshire community, this fund is open to you!
“We welcome entries from any not-for-profit groups working within or serving Little Sutton, we have £10,000 to share. Community plays a huge part in choosing where to live which is why we set up our funds so we can help groups around where we build. We hope this fund will play a part in building a strong sense of community around Ledsham Garden Village.”
Previous funding across the North West has helped schools, charities, youth groups, sports teams and individuals at the very heart of the community, providing a range of resources including reading huts, mindfulness sessions and sports equipment.
