We’re set to unveil a new-generation customer experience suite at Weaver Park, in Hartford.
In what’s believed to be an industry first, we’ve removed paper from our sales centres, opting instead for a digital-led offering, combining the knowledge and expertise of sales teams with market-leading technology.
The customer experience suite at Weaver Park, off Woods Road, will be open to the public from Saturday, November 20, alongside three new fully furnished show homes, the Marlow, Oxford Lifestyle and Amberley.

The suite is designed for buyers at all stages of their journey from their first visit to the development through to post-completion, it also includes space for existing homeowners to meet customer service teams.
Appointments can be booked via the online members’ area of redrow.co.uk – My Redrow – and, based on the information provided, visitors to the customer experience suite are greeted by a personalised digital welcome message.
