Three new show homes were unveiled at Daresbury Garden Village, located off Delph Lane, which will eventually include 800 homes across 120 acres of land, with open spaces, green corridors and areas for play.
Visitors were entertained by live music, a balloon modeller and face painter whilst also getting the chance to have the first glimpse inside the new show homes - The Leamington Lifestyle, The Henley and The Richmond.
Our first phase at Daresbury Garden Village – Gleaves View, is named in reference to the grade II listed George Gleaves Bridge, one of several bridges that cross the Bridgewater Canal nearby.
The properties at Gleaves View are from our hugely popular Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection, and are all detached three, four and five-bedroom homes. Daresbury Garden Village will also feature our ‘Lifestyle’ homes, built on the footprint of what would normally be a four-bedroom detached property but, instead, Lifestyle homes have three lavish bedrooms; each with its own en-suite.
