We have now launched two show homes at Regent Village, our latest release of homes at Ebbsfleet Green, our flagship development in Ebbsfleet Garden City.
Available to experience first-hand will be the four-bedroom Claremont and Wilmington Semi.
The Claremont and Wilmington Semi are both spacious homes with rooms spread across three storeys. The Claremont boasts a spacious kitchen dining room opening out onto the back garden, alongside a separate lounge on the ground floor. The bedrooms are equally split across the first and second floors, with an en-suite off the principal room, and two good sized family bathrooms for the remaining three bedrooms. Meanwhile, the Wilmington Semi comprises a living room leading out into the back garden, with a bright kitchen dining room to the front of the property. Upstairs there are three bedrooms on the first floor and the principal suite on the second.
As the Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to increased flexible working patterns, a bedroom in each of the show homes has been reconfigured into a home office, demonstrating the adaptability of the space available, should a customer be planning to work from home in future. All homes at Regent Village are from our Regent Collection, each boasting attractive Georgian exteriors, paired with bright and modern interiors.
The homes have been designed to include several carbon-reducing measures, including electric vehicle charging points. Energy conservation measures are also incorporated into the homes, including improved air tightness, high performance building fabrics and glazing and 100% low energy lighting.

Regent Village represents the fourth phase of homes at our 900-home community at Ebbsfleet Garden City, adding to the already established community being delivered at Ebbsfleet Green. To date 489 homes have been sold at the bustling new community and the new homes are set alongside already opened shops, including a co-op store, pub, and hotel.
