Once complete, Meadow Gardens will comprise of 145 new homes, with 100 homes launching within the initial phase, starting in price from £436,950.
The homes at Meadow Gardens are from our award-winning Heritage Collection, ranging in size from two to four-bedrooms. Inspired by the Arts & Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s, Heritage Collection homes boast intricately designed red or yellow brick exteriors, with traditional features such as gable ended roofs, while interiors are spacious, bright, and modern, with an open-plan kitchen diner representing the social hub of the home.
As the Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to increased flexible working patterns, we have partnered with Hammonds to offer several home office packages, whereby purchases can reconfigure one of their bedrooms to incorporate dedicated home office furniture and storage systems. We operate a digital platform, MyRedrow, allowing buyers to select various extras and upgrades throughout the build process of their new home. This now includes home office furniture, along with flooring, tile colours for bathrooms and kitchens, upgrade appliances, underfloor heating, fitted wardrobes and a conservatory.
Meadow Gardens has been designed around a central village green, representing the focal point of the community. The green forms part of a wider 3.3 hectares of open space and landscaping, with a green corridor along the southern and eastern edges of the development.
Meadow Gardens is situated to the north of Yapton, one of West Sussex’s ‘six villages’ nestled in-between the South Downs and the sea. Residents looking to commute once restrictions are eased will fully benefit from neighbouring Barnham’s connectivity, with trains to Chichester taking just seven minutes and direct trains to London Victoria in under one hour and 30 minutes. From Meadow Gardens, Barnham train station is a five-minute drive away, while Ford train station is four minutes, also offering a range of services.
Mark Vanson, Sales Director for the Southern Counties division comments: “We are delighted to launch our first set of homes in Yapton. With lockdown encouraging many buyers to consider more rural locations, we expect Meadow Gardens to prove popular with a range of buyers looking for that change in lifestyle. Residents will enjoy idyllic surroundings, with easy access to the southern coast and plenty of vibrant cities including, Chichester, Brighton and London.
“Our sales teams are on hand to help interested buyers via virtual consultations booked through our website, or in person at New Fields, our nearby development in Chichester, which recently launched an on-site sales centre and two show homes. It has been fully reconfigured to ensure appropriate social distancing at all times, alongside a comprehensive cleaning regime, so customers can feel confident when visiting us.”
The site adds to our five existing communities in the region – Penlands Green and Penlands Grange in Haywards Heath, New Fields in Chichester and Ashdown Vale and Windmill Views in Barnham.
In line with the latest Government guidance on the housing and construction industry, our sale centres and show homes remain open across the region with social distancing and rigorous hygiene measures in place. Physical or video appointments with sales consultants are available via its website.
