The partnership will provide homebuyers at New Fields, our community in Chichester, the opportunity to access a range of discounts and local facilities.
As a customer completes on their new home with us, we will notify them of the available membership, offering to pay for it on their behalf.
Examples of the exciting discounts and amenities include:
- Reduced room/hall hire of various buildings in the area
- Preferential booking for events such as comedy nights, dinners, cookery events.
- Preferential booking of Nursery places
- Use of the Wellness suite and free treatments for those in need
- Book shop
The CCDT is also working on a number of coming soon projects, including:
- Bike hires
- Sports pitches
- Coffee shop and community shop
- Studio space for local artists
- Micro-brewery
- Community centre

New Fields launched in January 2020 and represents our first-ever community of homes in Chichester. Meanwhile, residents are only a 20-minute drive to Chichester Harbour AONB and several beaches along the Southern coast, including Bracklesham Bay and West Wittering.

We are heavily investing in Chichester and West Sussex, an indication of the area’s increasing popularity amongst homebuyers. A planning application for an additional development to the north of Chichester is currently under consideration, and we recently launched two communities in Barnham and Yapton. Likewise, we submitted a joint planning application for the former Ford Airfield with Wates Developments, earmarked for 1,500 new homes and brand-new community facilities and infrastructure.
