There are lots of great things about living in Sherburn-in-Elmet; being within 30 minutes’ drive of two major Yorkshire cities is just one of them.

According to home.co.uk the average price for a four-bedroom detached home in Leeds is £352,612 and in York the same size home on average is £475,447. While four-bedroom homes at Saxon Gardens start at £319,950.

One example is the detached Stratford that enjoys an open-plan living space downstairs with a kitchen and dining space opening out into the garden through double doors. There is also space for a sofa so it can double up as another place to relax in the evenings in addition to a separate lounge.

Upstairs, the main bedroom comes with an en-suite shower room while the remaining three bedrooms share a family bathroom.
