A familiar face to our home buyers in Leeds has been named as Yorkshire ‘sales consultant of the year.’
Toni Boden, 49, who is based at Thorpe Park, Leeds, has worked in the new build industry for 20 years and joined the team at Redrow in 2019.
She was presented with the accolade at our annual customer conference.
“I was so shocked and surprised to hear that I had won. I help people find their dream home so I’ve already got a wonderful job, this award is just the icing on the cake,” said Toni, who lives in Barnsley with her husband and son.
In total, we’re providing 300 new homes at our flagship Thorpe Park development, alongside the shops, restaurant, cinema, hotel, gym, offices and new parkland that make up the wider development.
Toni is currently overseeing two sales outlets at Thorpe Park - The Avenue and The Point.
“I support customers from the first enquiry, to viewing show homes, assisting with house purchases and ensuring a smooth exchange and completion,” said Toni.
“After working for almost two decades in the new build industry, I am very proud to hand over Redrow homes and I have 100% faith in the product.”
Also recognised at this year’s awards was Rachael Lambert who won Yorkshire’s Customer Care Employee of the Year.
Customer service co-ordinator Rachael, who is based at the division’s head office in Wakefield, joined the team in 2018.
“I was really surprised to hear I won this award. I work with a great team here in customer services,” said Rachael, who lives in Heckmondwike with her fiancé and son.
