New homes launched in Rotherham village

A mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes are now on sale at Redrow’s new development in the village of Ravenfield, Rotherham.

Buyers are now able to reserve a home in the first release. In total, 320 new properties will be built at the 36-acre development, named Poppy Fields, which will also include a large area of open space, featuring a play area and a community orchard.

The properties, all from our Heritage Collection, will include 240 homes for private sale and 80 affordable properties, offering a wide range of options to meet the needs of the community.
