Advice and answers for homebuyers in Liverpool

Those who’ve made it their New Year’s resolution to move to a brand new home in South Liverpool in 2013 are being urged to visit Cressington Heath this Saturday (January 19).

From noon to 4pm Redrow is hosting a homebuyers’ surgery and, with the help of mortgage specialists, will be giving customers’ finances a health check and guiding them through the various incentives available.

Visitors will be able to discover how the NewBuy scheme could enable them to purchase a stylish new home with only a 5% deposit; while existing home owners will be able to learn how Mastermove could help them secure a buyer so they can move quickly and easily.

Julie Harper, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), commented: “The New Year is a time for new starts and our message for those who are thinking of moving home in 2013 is simple – come and talk to Redrow. We’re committed to customer service and want to make moving simple and stress-free for purchasers, which is why we’re holding a homebuyers’ surgery at Cressington Heath this Saturday. Visitors will be able to talk to our friendly, experienced sales consultants and mortgage specialists about the incentives available to help make moving to their dream home a reality.”

Cressington Heath features a choice of three and four-bedroom homes with current prices from £179,995.

Thanks to NewBuy, savings of around £9,000 could be enough for a deposit.

The Government-backed scheme is great for first time buyers, but can also be used by other groups of purchasers including those who want to move buy perhaps don’t have substantial equity in their current home.

Alternatively, buyers with a property to sell could enlist a tried and tested local agent to market their home through Redrow’s Mastermove service. Redrow will monitor the agent’s activity and even pay their fees.

Located of Garston Road, the homes at Cressington Heath enjoy easy access to the local amenities of Garston and the nearby New Mersey Shopping Park, at Speke, while Liverpool city centre is just a short journey away by road or rail.

The area boasts strong public transport links and is within commuting distance of the M62 and M57 motorways.

To discover how Redrow could help you, visit Cressington Heath for the surgery on January 19th from 12pm to 4pm. Alternatively the development is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
