Be in Pole Position for Perfect Property

Redrow is revved up and raring to go on its latest high quality housing development in Greater Manchester.

The award-winning builder is on the starting grid and ready to move on its new Bridgewater View homes collection near Mosley Common, which is due to launch at the end of March.

But buyers could get themselves in pole position to secure one of the Heritage Collection houses by registering on the company’s database now.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) says: “It’s looking extremely good for Bridgewater View with lots of interest in the development already - with a little under two months to go before our first homes go on sale.

“Those on the database will be kept updated of our launch plans and opportunities to make ‘early bird’ reservations. And they can be assured of Redrow’s renowned quality and a range of beautifully designed homes equipped for today’s lifestyles.”

Only nine miles from the centre of Manchester, the 19-acre site off Mosley Common Road is part of a wider development on land which was once home to Garrett Hall Farm and for which Peel Holdings secured outline planning permission for a total of 600 properties.

Of the 244 properties Redrow will build in this parcel, 181 will be a combination of three and four-bedroom homes from its Heritage Collection, which combines traditional Arts & Crafts inspired exteriors with well-designed contemporary interiors, and 61 will be a mix of two and three-bedroom affordable homes.

With everything from outstanding schools to indoor skiing within easy reach, Bridgewater View will make a great base for families, while proximity to the East Lancs Road and motorway network makes it convenient for commuters, whether to Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool or beyond.

Bridgewater View is close to another popular Redrow development, Dukes Manor in Walkden, which boasts a similar range of three and four-bedroom properties so Redrow knows already there is strong demand in the area for its homes.

Claire Jarvis adds: “We are confident that Bridgewater View will share the same success and level of enthusiasm as Dukes Manor and so would encourage anyone who is interested in the development to register at the earliest opportunity and be among the first to hear all the news and releases at every stage of this superb development.”
