Own a unique new home in the country

A new Redrow development is being prepared for its official opening which will offer potential buyers the opportunity to have a good look around six beautiful bespoke homes.

Just 10 miles from Chester but in the midst of the Cheshire countryside, The Courtyard at Stretton is part of an exclusive and contemporary development that sits next to the 1,000 acre Carden Park Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa.

With only six homes available, The Courtyard offers a rare opportunity to own a sophisticated and inimitable home.

Opening over the weekend of February 18 and 19, visitors will, for the first time, be able to take a walk around the newly opened three-bedroom show home as well as the other five unique view homes that form a horseshoe layout around impressive landscaped grounds.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow (NW) said: “The two and three-bedroom properties within The Courtyard combine a traditional architectural style with modern interiors. We’re really excited about these bespoke homes as, with just six available, they offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in such a unique home in a truly fantastic setting.”

What’s more, the government’s Help to Buy scheme is available on all of the homes at The Courtyard helping to reduce the initial outlay.

Help to Buy is ideal for those who may not have been able to build up a substantial deposit to buy a home because customers should only need to put down 5% of the property’s value. The remainder is covered by an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price and a 75% mortgage from a lender of choice. The equity loan is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available or when they resell.

With bi-fold doors standard to each home, The Courtyard also displays intriguing bulls eye windows and feature glass frontages that create incredibly light and spacious living spaces. The show home will convey the attention to detail that features in each home.

The Courtyard may be surrounded by countryside but it also boasts good connections to Chester. Nearby, the charming villages of Tilston and Farndon and Holt and Malpas offer local family essentials, including village schools, shops and excellent pub fayre.

The official opening will be held on February 18 and 19 from 10am to 5.30pm. For those who can’t make it that weekend, the show home and sales office is open Mondays 11am-5.30pm / Thursday to Sunday 10am-5.30pm. Or for more information call 01829 289 598 or visit www.redrow.co.uk/thecourtyard.
