Redrow hatches a plan to help house hunters this Easter

Award-winning housebuilder Redrow has announced an eggs-citing weekend at its Lancaster Place development this Easter.

The company is hosting an ‘open house weekend’ to showcase its Widnes homes collection and it invites property purchasers to 'hop to it'!

“It is a chance for people to come and see all the homes which have been completed and are ready to move into,” said Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW). “That way would-be buyers get a chance to view and appreciate the houses and the plots, to get a feel of the space and what it would be like living in one of the luxury properties.”

There are four and five-bedroom homes available at Lancaster Place, off Lunts Heath Road, all of them from Redrow's sought-after Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, which combines traditional exteriors with high specification contemporary interiors. Prices start from £369,995.

Among the house styles is The Harrogate, a spacious four-bedroom property, with master en-suite and family bathroom.

The Harrogate has been carefully designed to provide a perfect home for today's busy family. The open plan nature of the kitchen, dining and living area allows light to flood in creating a delightful atmosphere in which to spend time together, while a spacious lounge offers somewhere to relax or enjoy more peaceful moments.

With plenty of space, down and upstairs, it is perfect for growing families or that extra bedroom could be ideal for those who perhaps want to work from home or have a haven for their hobby. And The Harrogate is currently available with flooring, turf and legal fees included to make for a cracking Easter offer.

The Richmond show home will also be available to view.

The location of Lancaster Place is ideal. Widnes is a thriving town with a host of amenities from shops to restaurants, bars to pubs, and lots of leisure facilities to keep you busy and entertained. But it benefits, too, by its proximity to the larger town of Warrington and the cities of Manchester and Liverpool.

And Redrow offers a range of incentives, including part-exchange on certain plots or the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, which offers purchasers a 20% equity loan so they can buy with just a 5% deposit, making owning a brand new home easier than ever.

The Easter open house weekend will take place on Saturday and Sunday, March 26-27, between 10am and 5.30pm.
