Redrow serves up a treat in Chester

A hog roast, champagne, children’s entertainment and music will be the order of the day when Redrow hosts a special event at its Regent’s Grange development in Chester.

On Sunday July 26, homebuyers are being invited to the venture to see the menu of homes on offer and enjoy a summer drink and delicious food. Entertainment on the day will be courtesy of a face painter and balloon modeller, and an acoustic guitarist will be providing the musical backdrop.
Between 12pm and 4pm, visitors will be able to find out more about the range of detached four-bedroom homes currently available and about the variety of homes that are coming soon.

They’ll also be able to find out more about the tempting incentives available to make moving easier, including the Government backed Help to Buy scheme, which offers purchasers a 20% equity loan so they can buy with just a 5% deposit.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “Our hog roast event is the perfect chance for Chester buyers to discover the joys of living at Regent’s Grange. As well as enjoying an array of tasty treats, they can chat at their leisure to our friendly sales consultants about the homes available with a glass of champagne in hand, great music in the background, and while the children are having their faces painted.”

The family homes at Regent’s Grange hail from Redrow’s Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection which marries traditional exteriors and high specification contemporary interiors.

A four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ showhome will be open for buyers to take a first-hand look at one of Redrow’s family-friendly kitchen designs, which is well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances. Head upstairs and the bathroom and en suite both feature white suites, chrome taps and exquisite tiling.

Boasting a highly desirable location in the sought-after village of Huntington, off Sandy Lane, Regent’s Grange is situated in close proximity to all the attractions of Chester city centre and the River Dee.

Current prices start from £312,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Stratford’ housetype. Also available is the four-bedroom detached ‘Cambridge’, the same style as the showhome. More two, three and four-bedroom homes are coming soon.

The event will be held on Sunday July 26 from 12pm to 4pm at the Regent’s Grange development on Chester Lane.
