After trying out the housebuilder’s The Chase venture in Walmer Bridge, near Preston for size, he found there was plenty of style on offer and plumped for a detached ‘Oxford’ four-bedroom home for him and his pregnant girlfriend Tammy.
Already having a property to sell in Clayton-le-Moors, near Blackburn, they utilised the Mastermove scheme, whereby Redrow instructs a local estate agents to market the property on the seller’s behalf.

“We loved My Redrow and found it really helpful as you can see what’s available, colours, styles, etc and do everything in one place,” Anthony, 35, said. “It’s a fantastic tool as you can build up all your extras, budget accordingly and then print off a summary.”

It’s a real time saver and it’s great being able to keep a track of the build progress too.”
Now happily installed in their new home, Anthony and Tammy are looking forward to welcoming their new addition into their perfectly personalised property.
