Redrow expands into Nottinghamshire

Redrow has announced the creation of its first development in Nottinghamshire.

Our East Midlands division has acquired a 28-acre site for the construction of homes and bungalows on Nicker Hill in the thriving village of Keyworth.

The exclusive development of 151 new homes, Redrow at Nicker Hill, marks a first for the division as it continues its success and growth across the East Midlands, providing much-needed homes for those in the region.

Our East Midlands division is planning a selection of spacious and high-quality two to five-bedroom homes, and attractive two and three-bedroom bungalows, from the housebuilder’s award-winning Heritage Collection.

Prices will start from £260,000, with the first residents expected to move in next year.

The housebuilder will also be contributing one million pounds to support the community of Keyworth, improving healthcare, education, leisure and bus services.

Alongside the robust procedures in place to support customers wishing to physically view developments, we have also invested heavily in technology to enable a smoother virtual transaction. Through the My Redrow customer portal, buyers can view different developments and plots online, select chosen plots and even select and review optional upgrades to their home.

Last year, we launched an online reservation service which also now allows buyers to legally complete the reservation of their new home online, further minimising the need to spend time in sales centres. This service allows customers to read and review all documents from the consumer code and warranty information, through to a series of pre-reservation legal documents, at their own pace and in their own home.
