We’re celebrating after one of our show homes in Derby was honoured with a highly-coveted national award.
The Harrogate, at Foxbridge Manor development in Derby, has achieved a five-star award in the East Midlands Residential Interior Show Home category at the UK Property Awards 2021.
The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts, chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, who are all members of the House of Lords. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The four-bedroom Harrogate is a picture-perfect family home, with a double-fronted timber canopy and a central doorway. Our in-house interior design team, led by Alysha Alli, were keen to create a fresh take on classic design styles, dressing the showhome to offer prospective purchasers a glimpse into what life could be like at Foxbridge Manor.

The space is filled with bold prints, colours, and textures that incorporate industry leading trends, including a Dulux Heritage lead grey feature wall.
