Sisters Sonny and Raj were the first residents to move into their new home at Redrow Midsummer Meadow, on Europa Way.
The development, which is set to bring 235 much-needed new homes to the region, unveiled its show homes earlier this year.
Having grown up in nearby Leamington Spa, Sonny and Raj were already considering buying a new build when construction started at Midsummer Meadow. Both keen to get on the property ladder and move into their own home, the sisters reached out to the team to find out more about homes available after some initial research.

The duo chose the Buxton, which features two large bedrooms, ideal for two adults sharing a home. Sonny said: “We felt like the Buxton chose us. We were both ready to venture out in the world, and we knew this was the perfect place to start.
“I’m the oldest sibling, while Raj is the youngest, but we’ve always been really close. I couldn’t be happier to have her by my side as we embark on our home ownership journey together.”
