New neighbourhood at Ebbsfleet Garden City launched to market
Our South East team has now launched Stonehaven Park, a brand new neighbourhood at Ebbsfleet Garden City.
As part of the launch, several homes are available to purchase, ranging in size from three- to four-bedrooms.
Subject to detailed planning consent being granted for all proposed homes, the 256-acre site will compromise over 550 contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments and, two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. So far the site has consent for the initial 227 homes.
It is the second scheme we are set to deliver at Ebbsfleet Garden City, following the 900+ home Ebbsfleet Green which is now fully launched with over half of the site sold out.
The homes being built will be modern and contemporary, yet in keeping with the traditional Kentish Vernacular. Each house type is named after a Kent village, and will benefit from open plan designs, large windows and spacious living areas, alongside tall gable roofs and weatherboarding on the façades.
A notable addition to these homes are the dedicated parking spaces for residents with their very own EV charging points. Additional EV charging points will be available for shared parking areas, and we will be providing car club spaces for homeowners who opt for short term car rental instead of car ownership.
Once complete, Stonehaven Park will be a lively and attractive community at the growing hub in Ebbsfleet. The development offers proximity to multiple amenities, including wide-ranging retail and community facilities including, a supermarket, an education campus and sport facilities.
There will be plenty of green space, for both recreational and ecological use. A series of lakes offer a stunning wetland environment with multiple walking and cycling paths to enjoy and the high-speed train line from Ebbsfleet International can take you into London St Pancras in approximately 19 minutes.
