We’ve announced details of our final property eligible for the government’s stamp duty holiday.
Calling for homebuyers to take advantage of the scheme, which ends on 31 March, our Thames Valley division has released details of its final property available for the discount, which is eligible for the maximum savings of £15,000.
Our Thames Valley division will also be offering an additional £5,000 stamp duty top up, as well as contributing £1,750 towards legal fees, meaning the prospective homebuyer is able to enjoy savings of nearly £22,000.
