Redrow puts over £1 million investment into Ambrosden

Our Sanderson Park development, which will provide 84 brand-new homes, including two new show homes, has confirmed that it is contributing over £1 million to the region in total. 

The investment includes a number of contributions, with £520,000 to support local schools and education services, and over £64,000 towards making much needed highway improvements in the local area. 

As part of our commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £352,000 will support the village’s existing community hall, leisure centre and sports, which are essential to community groups of all ages.

Ensuring both new and existing residents of Ambrosden are able to travel with ease, the contribution also includes £43,000 towards improving and creating footpaths around the town centre, in addition to £84,000 to support the local bus service.
