Poor fitting or damaged
If you purchased carpets from Redrow you will have checked them prior to legal completion during your Home Preview.
Any concerns with carpet fitting should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check.
If you organised for your own carpets to be fitted then your flooring contractor should be able to help you directly.
Threshold strips
You will have threshold strips between rooms.
Over time these may loosen and can easily be re-secured as part of your home owner maintenance.
