Thirteen is our lucky number as we’ve been named an award winner in as many categories of the UK Property Awards – including a national award for redrow.co.uk and a coveted five star accolade for one of our show homes.
The ceremony took place on October 29 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
It was announced on the night that our Harrogate show home at Foxbridge Manor achieved the highest level of accolade - a five-star award, in the East Midlands Residential Interior Show Home category.
Now in its 28th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories.
Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by House of Lords members Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley.

- Yorkshire Residential Interior Show Home for Leamington Lifestyle at Swanland Heights, in Swanland, East Yorkshire.
- Wales Residential Interior Show Home for Henley at Churchlands, Lisvane, Cardiff
- East England Office Interior category for Oxford CES at Lucas Gardens, Shefford, Bedfordshire
- Greater Manchester Residential Development for Saddleworth View, Oldham
- Cheshire Residential Development for Cranberry Gardens, Congleton, Cheshire
- Merseyside Residential Development for Allerton Gardens, Liverpool

The UK awards are one of eight regional heats - alongside Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, and Asia Pacific – with the highest scorers of each of the categories going on to compete at the International Property Awards at the end of the year.
