Guests will be able to take their first glimpse inside three new show homes The Richmond, The Oxford Lifestyle and The Stratford on Saturday, February 3rd and Sunday, February 4th.
The Richmond will host a live Asian Street Food cookery demonstration, where guests will learn how to create dishes with an explosion of flavours, tastes and aromas. A balloon modeller and live musician will also be on hand to ensure the whole family is entertained.
The event also marks the launch of the newest phase of the development, named Sycamore Green, which includes a selection of three and four-bedroom homes. All properties are from our new Eco Electric range, which feature air source heat pumps as standard to provide heating and hot water, as well as underfloor heating to the ground floor in detached designs, reducing homeowners’ energy use.
Ledsham Garden Village, located off Ledsham Road, will eventually be a community of 2,000 properties and will also be home to a shop, a community building, allotments, meadow parkland and an orchard.
