The couple had previously bought a Redrow home in Maghull, Liverpool, and when they decided to move closer to their jobs in Crewe and Manchester, there was no doubt that they wanted another property from us.
Nic, 41, said: “We purchased a three-bedroom Oxford Lifestyle from Redrow previously and loved it. The high quality of the build really stood out and we had a lovely experience with the sales and aftercare team. That’s something you remember as a purchaser so that’s why we wanted to buy from Redrow again.”
This time round the couple decided on a four-bedroom Cambridge.
“The Oxford Lifestyle was great because it had fewer but larger bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. For the next stage of our lives, we wanted to be able to use one bedroom as an office and have spare bedrooms for family. What we loved about the Cambridge was the kitchen, dining and living area at the back of the home. We spend most of our time in this room but as we go into the winter months, I think we’ll make more use of the lounge as it’s cosy,” said Nic.
But it isn’t just the inside of the home that attracted the couple back to Redrow.
They said that each Redrow development is always in a great location, with excellent connectivity and amenities on the doorstep.
