Our South Wales division has scooped the coveted Developer of the Year category in the annual Cardiff Property Awards.
Organised by the publishers of Cardiff Life magazine, the awards, which took place online this year, celebrate the best of the Cardiff property sector, from residential to commercial and lettings to new builds.
The Developer award recognises companies delivering ‘progressive residential and/or commercial buildings, fit for purpose and the future’.
The independent judges were impressed by our achievement of the Five Star Customer Satisfaction award from the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF), silver award at the Global Good Awards and being named a Diversity Leader in the Financial Times’ inaugural list of European leaders for workplace diversity and inclusion. They also recognised our NextGeneration Innovation Award for our research into social value and development of our social value calculator as well as our people’s success in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
They said: “A remarkable record for 2020 which involved over 1,700 homes delivered and massive investment in community infrastructure. A five-star showing that left its customers and clients ecstatic.”
We were also really pleased to be finalists in the Employer category.
