A professionally designed and decorated Roundhay style show home can now be viewed subject to specially introduced social distancing measures.
The sales centre and show home are open to walk-in customers but we recommend that people pre-book by telephone or through the website wherever possible.
“We’ve put a range of steps in place to ensure the safety of customers and our staff,” our Yorkshire sales director Steve Jackson explains.
“These include asking visitors to wait in the designated area until invited in by the sales consultant. We’ve also installed hand sanitiser stations and rearranged our furniture and seating areas. Visitors are welcome to view the show home and will be given disposable gloves to wear during the tour. Although our sales consultant won’t be able to accompany them around the property, there is plenty of signage within our show homes and consultants will also be able to use digital technology to show them the development and individual properties.”
