Redrow launches show homes at community in Basingstoke

Our Southern Counties region is set to launch two new show homes at Cromwell Court, our community of 100 homes in Basingstoke.

The launch will take place on 30th July, with an event to mark the occasion, giving aspiring new homeowners the chance to view and experience the house types available first-hand. Prospective buyers are invited to explore the fully furnished three-bedroom Oxford Lifestyle and the brand new five-bedroom Hampstead, both of which are from our award winning Heritage Collection.

Inspired by the late 19th Century Arts and Crafts movement, these homes reflect the traditional local architecture and feature intricately designed red or yellow brick exteriors, with classic aesthetics such as gable ended roofs. Meanwhile interiors are bright and modern.

The event will take place between 10am and 1pm with food and drink available, including sparkling elderflower & juices alongside a selection of freshly baked pastries. The event will also see the launch of our Customer Experience Suite, situated at the development in an Oxford house type. This gives our customers access to industry-leading technology that aids the buying experience at all stages of a customer’s journey.

The Hampstead benefits from a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens out onto the garden through a set of French doors, enabling natural light to flow through the property.
