Your Amtico flooring has been supplied and fitted by an experienced flooring company who take the utmost care to ensure that it is properly fitted in all areas.

As the natural drying out process occurs in your home, Amtico flooring can occasionally lift in some areas. Let us know and we can organise for this to be re-secured.

Poor fitting

Your Amtico flooring has been supplied and fitted by an experienced flooring company who take the utmost care to ensure that it is properly fitted in all areas.

You should have had the opportunity to inspect the flooring prior to legal completion during your Home Preview.

Any concerns with the fitting should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check.

Sealant

Amtico flooring is usually sealed with mastic to ensure a clean finish.

If you are unhappy with the appearance / finish of the mastic, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check if it was visible when standing 2m from the area in natural daylight.

Over time the sealant may lift and can be replaced as part of your home owner maintenance.
