Three fully furnished show homes and a new concept customer experience suite will officially open their doors at our newest development, Tabley Park, in Knutsford, Cheshire this Sunday (October 31).
There’s already been huge interest in the prestigious properties off Northwich Road, the design of which is bespoke to the local area.
Those who’ve already reserved off-plan and would-be buyers can now take a peek at how their potential home will look.
Until now, buyers have been able to view plans and discuss options at Cranberry Gardens in Congleton, but now they can experience first-hand the luxury of this highly anticipated development of 190 new homes.

Of the 190 total homes, 133 will be offered for private market sale while 57 affordable homes will be offered for shared ownership or rent to help meet local need. The development will include 39 properties which are Lifetime Homes compliant, designed to be easily adaptable for lifetime use at minimal cost.
Our private sale homes will provide two, three, four and five-bedroom accommodation in a mix of detached and semi-detached houses and two bungalows.
