Tyler, 31, achieved the perfect result for the second time running when an undercover ‘shopper’ visited the sales centre at our Woodford Garden Village development.
She was judged on her ability to successfully identify the customer’s requirements for a new home, as well as understanding their position and timeframe for moving. She also had to explain key features of the chosen new home, including energy efficiency; as well as guide the customer through the buying process and everything they could look forward to during their ‘journey’ with us.
“I was so surprised to hear that one of my customers had been a mystery shopper and then to hear I scored 100% for the second time, I was very pleased,” said Tyler.
Tyler, who previously worked for Etihad Airways, joined us and the team at Woodford Garden Village five years ago.
“I sell a fabulous product in a beautiful environment with open space and paths, creating everything our customers look for when purchasing a new home. I have pride in what I do, and this is testament to that.”
