Last chance to secure 'Help to Buy' home in Poulton
There’s just one home left at Oldfield Park in Poulton-le-Fylde that can be bought under the current Help to Buy incentive, meaning buyers wanting to take advantage need to act quickly.
With this being the final year Help to Buy can be used in its current format – for properties up to £600,000 and by those who are sold subject to contract as well as first time buyers - Redrow now has only one property that will be built in time for someone to take advantage of the incentive.
