The bespoke sales centre (open from Sept 23) will allow customers to get a feel for the five-bedroom detached Blenheim house style which is one of the properties available at the garden village.
Head of sales for our North West division, Anna Evans-Kerr, says there is plenty to see in terms of images, floorplans, and layouts for all the homes being built at the garden village; and customers can also choose from a range of options to personalise their home interiors.

We have our own scheme called Help to Sell that is designed to assist anyone with a property to sell. It uses local estate agents to market the property and find a buyer quickly, with us contributing to the selling fees.
Buying a new home earlier in the build process also presents the chance to have more input into décor, fixtures, fittings and optional extras and upgrades, that can all be chosen through the My Redrow online portal, meaning buyers can do it all from the comfort of their sofa.
Homes are currently available across two different outlets at the garden village: Anson Meadows and The Courtyard. Prices start from £364,995 for a luxury two-bedroom apartment at The Courtyard and from £380,995 for a three-bed semi-detached Letchworth at Anson Meadows, up to £530,000 for the four-bedroom detached Shaftesbury.
Woodford Garden Village lies in the Cheshire village of Woodford, near to Wilmslow, Poynton and Bramhall, and within commuting distance (13 miles) of central Manchester.
