Redrow secures land for 270 new homes in Leicestershire

We’ve secured a 43-acre site in East Goscote, in the Borough of Charnwood and just north of the market town of Syston. With a resolution to grant outline planning consent in place, we hope to build a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, providing both private and affordable housing for the area.

With a planning application in progress, construction at the development is anticipated to commence in early 2023 with interested parties encouraged to register their details now to ensure they are among the first to hear when properties are released for sale.

Located in the charming village of East Goscote, and just under two miles away from the town of Syston, this new development will offer the perfect balance of rural living and easy access to city amenities. With great transport links, only 10 miles from the large city of Leicester, and a range of amenities in the village, including its own primary school and traditional shops, the development is set to be the perfect base for families, couples and right-sizers alike.
