We are thrilled to announce the opening of our Southern office in Crawley, where a team led by Rod Martin will be expanding our reach to Surrey and Sussex.
At maturity, the division aims to build 600 homes annually to meet the demand for properties in London’s commuter belt. We have recruited an ambitious and dynamic team to lead on this next phase of growth for the business.
To achieve a better way to live for our customers, we need to ensure our teams have the very best space to work and develop. It’s our hope that our new base in Crawley will provide a creative and dynamic environment for our colleagues to thrive.
We also wanted to ensure that our new office encouraged flexibility and as well as a community feel. With a bespoke break out space alongside private meeting rooms, the office allows colleagues to both collaborate and work privately, whilst the fresh interior design is intended to stimulate and nurture creativity.
Impressively filmed in a single take, we have also created a ‘behind the scenes’ video which provides a unique look around our new office. The film perfectly shows off the flexibility of the space in an innovative way, utilising new technology and a mixture of spaces for independent work, collaboration and relaxation.
In the piece, Managing Director, Rod Martin highlights the importance of creating spaces where people can thrive, commenting: “It was important to us that the design of our new office aligned with the principles by which we design and build our homes.
“Community, space and sustainability are now so important to our homebuyers and each of these has been reflected in the design – from a collaborative breakout ‘hub’ to the use of hanging plants and greenery to improve wellness.
“We have created a dynamic team, and our new base in Crawley reflects the great working environment that we know will continue to attract and retain top talent to the division as we tap into the growing market in the area. We’re excited to get started!”
Colleagues are currently making themselves at home, with the division set to go live in July. The team have been busy actively identifying and acquiring land across the region, and will initially inherit four live sites: New Fields and Lavant View in Chichester and Meadow Gardens and Valley Park in Yapton.
