Mark, 35, joined the team in 2020 as a sales consultant, where he gained ‘invaluable experience’ on products and processes, before transferring to the position of customer service coordinator last year.
In his new role, Mark supports customer service coordinators across our North West developments, which includes Cheshire and parts of North Wales, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
These include a collection of new garden villages which combine significant numbers of new homes with large areas of green open space and a range of community facilities. Examples include Woodford Garden Village near Stockport, King’s Moat Garden Village in Chester and Ledsham Garden Village in West Cheshire.
“We are a large division with a proud legacy, I am regularly in awe of the service team and their contribution to our business,” said Mark, who lives in Warrington.
“My main focuses are working with the department to improve our productivity and efficiency to support the division in delivering a five-star service to our customers.
“Since my first day working for Redrow I have been made to feel incredibly valued and supported throughout. I am excited for the future of Redrow, our customers and my journey,” added Mark.
Jason Newton, managing director for North West, said: “Mark’s progression in such a short time shows how Redrow helps its team to develop new skills and progress their careers, which are key elements of our commitment to valuing people.”
