Of the 200 new homes, 150 will be available for private sale, with the remaining 25% being allocated as affordable homes, available through shared ownership or affordable rent. The homes will range in size from two- to five-bedrooms, all from our award winning Heritage Collection, which combines the charm and architecture from the Arts and Crafts movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with spacious and modern interiors.
