With a five star score across Trustpilot and Google, the ten-strong team at Plas Ty Draw have been named Group Customer Team of the Year for the second consecutive year. Divisional awards were also given to De Clare Gardens, Grayson Way as Sales Consultant of the Year and Customer Service Manager Claire Davies Customer Service Employee of the Year.
The annual awards were held online on 10th January and saw Grayson, Claire and the Plas Ty Draw team being praised for their commitment to build quality, customer service and after care. The team at Plas Ty Draw includes Area Build Manager John Harris, Site Manager Adrian Stone, Acting Site Manager Charlie Jones, Assistant Site Manager Mitchell Elms and Trainee Site Manager Mack James along with Sales Consultants Emma Batchelor, Steve James and Julie Carson. They are supported by Customer Service Manager Emma Gunney and Customer Service Coordinator Zoe Jones.
