We will be investing over £1.8M into the local community, with funds supporting improvements to public transport links, health care and education. The new development also includes plans for green, open spaces and bus stop links.
With planning permission in progress, construction at the development is anticipated to begin at the start of 2025, with the homes proposed to go on sale in summer 2025.
