The final phase of homes has launched at our Thorpe Park development in Leeds.
The final phase of 48 properties will include several homes that will be ready to move into before Christmas.
Thorpe Park will offer a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties from our award winning arts and crafts inspired Heritage Collection – “The Avenue” with a small number of more contemporary designs to ensure the development offers something for everyone.
The first homes to go on sale include a selection of two, three and four-bedroom designs, priced from £263,000.
Thorpe Park has already transformed a huge area to the east of the city and the properties have proved perfect for commuters, close to junction 46 of the M1.
The wider Thorpe Park development boasts a business park, shopping, and leisure facilities – including a luxury hotel and state of the art cinema – plus 140 acres of public parks and vibrant, open green spaces, and part of the East Leeds Orbital Road.
Available properties include the detached Marlow, which boasts a large kitchen and dining area that opens up to the garden, a separate utility, cloakroom and lounge. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, the main with en-suite shower room, as well as a family bathroom. There is also an integrated garage. Prices currently start from £447,000.
Or for those looking for a three- bedroom property, The Ludlow will be ready to welcome its new owners in time for Christmas. This semi-detached property has a spacious lounge at the front and at the back of the home, overlooking the garden, there is a good-sized kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own en-suite, while the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. Prices currently start from £330,000.
Thorpe Park has three view homes open – The Marlow, The Oxford and The Harrogate – for homebuyers to visit, which display our high specifications, including completed kitchens and bathrooms.
“Our view homes are the perfect way for potential buyers to view our homes up close. They are complete with carpets, curtains and light fittings. The view homes demonstrate the open plan- designs to enable visitors to visualise their own furniture in the home,” said Steve Jackson, sales director for our Yorkshire division.
“The Avenue boasts a good selection of homes, in a perfect location for those who want amenities and green space on their doorstep and be within easy reach of the city centre. Residents will also be a short walk away from the eagerly anticipated new Thorpe Park Railway Station, which is due to open in 2024.”
As part of the planning agreement for Thorpe Park, we also contributed £50,000 to support local wildlife and £32,000 towards local buses, a car club, Metro travel cards for residents and a travel plan to encourage sustainable travel.
